Order Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been placed, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming its shipment. For tracked shipments, a tracking link will be included in this email.
If you wish to modify your delivery address, please send an email to (order@poursuite-editions.org)
Delivery Issues
Any issue regarding delivery (missing or damaged item, wrong product, etc.) must be reported by email (order@poursuite-editions.org) no later than 10 business days after the delivery date. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Under no circumstances can Poursuite be held responsible for any loss, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from a delivery delay.
The buyer must ensure that the delivery address details (street, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.) are complete and accurate. Any reshipment due to an error or lack of precision in the delivery address will be at the buyer’s expense
Custom Duties
Any order placed on the website and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which may be collected upon the package’s arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The seller is not obligated to verify or inform the customer of the applicable customs duties and taxes.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on this website for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within 10 business days of the delivery date. A full refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs).
If the return is due to an error on our part or if the item was damaged before reaching you, we will also refund the shipping costs.
If you wish to request a refund for a failed delivery or a returned package, we will require proof that the item was lost or damaged in order to process the claim.
